Impact

Impact Metrics

Impact claims are only credible when they are measured, reported, and independently verified. The Mentawai One programme commits to transparent, standardised impact reporting across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.

Frameworks

Aligned With International Standards

Impact reporting follows internationally recognised frameworks including the GRI Standards, SASB, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This ensures comparability, credibility, and accessibility for investors, partners, regulators, and civil society.

Verification

Third-Party Assurance

All material impact claims are subject to independent, third-party verification. The programme engages accredited auditors to review conservation expenditure, environmental performance data, social outcome metrics, and governance compliance on an annual basis.

Transparency

Published Reporting

Impact reports are published annually and made available to all stakeholders — not restricted to investors or partners. The programme believes that transparency is both an ethical obligation and a strategic advantage, building trust and accountability over the long term.

Environmental

Carbon emissions and offsets

Protected area expansion (hectares)

Water recycling and discharge quality

Biodiversity monitoring indices

Social

Direct and indirect employment

Governance
