Certain sub-sections and digital services of this site are designed exclusively for registered investors, operating partners, and statutory bodies of the Mentawai One Special Economic Zone. Access to these portals is subject to individual authorization, two-factor authentication, and separate, legally binding investment, land-use, or partnership covenants. Mentawai One reserves the absolute right to revoke, suspend, or restrict access to any portal at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

The digital platforms, masterplans, architectural renders, GIS mapping data, economic models, logos, typography, trade names, and specific 'H-TEM Philosophy' assets rendered on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Mentawai One Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. They are protected under the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore, Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright of the Republic of Indonesia, and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the materials for conceptual informational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from copying, adapting, distributing, scraping, or using these assets to develop competing projects without explicit, written joint-venture authorization.

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security or availability of our digital networks. This includes: employing automated crawlers, database miners, or API scrapers; attempting to bypass any firewalls or authentication layers; reverse-engineering any codebases or models; or posting malicious, defamatory, or unauthorised material to our communication channels.

Mentawai One is a multi-decade master-planned Special Economic Zone involving complex spatial planning, infrastructure, and environmental conservation targets. All models, calculations, renders, animations, and timelines are conceptual representations of future development intent. They are provided 'as is' for marketing and informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Singapore and Indonesia, Mentawai One disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the information presented on this site.

These terms and all contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, or relating to, these Terms of Use, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC in force at the time. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English before a single arbitrator.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any administrative, customs, environmental licensing (AMDAL), tax holiday applications, or land-zoning disputes occurring within the physical territory of the Siberut Island Special Economic Zone shall remain subject to the executive jurisdiction of the competent Indonesian administrative authorities, the KEK Administrator, and the Administrative Courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
