Infrastructure Will Be Planned as an Ecosystem
Energy, water, waste, logistics, transport, telecommunications, and mobility are intended to function as shared infrastructure rather than isolated utilities. The sector will explain how those systems are expected to support the island, mainland, residents, visitors, operators, and investors.

Detailed Industrial Geography Will Stay Under The Mainland
This sector will cross-link to mainland-heavy systems such as geothermal power, water and minerals, manufacturing, data, agriculture, and logistics. The Mainland menu will remain the detailed place-based pathway for those industrial districts.
Movement Will Be Designed Around Access and Load
The programme proposes to coordinate air, sea, pedestrian, bicycle, micro-transit, ferry, seaplane, marina, cargo, and emergency movement so that access strengthens the experience without overloading the island.

"Infrastructure is the quiet promise beneath every visible experience."
