Built for Operations
Tenants benefit from purpose-built infrastructure: geothermal baseload power, desalinated water, fibre-optic connectivity, internal logistics corridors, and waste management systems. This shared backbone means you invest in your core operations, not in utility infrastructure.

Lower Operating Costs
Geothermal power at US$0.04–0.06 per kilowatt-hour — roughly half the prevailing grid tariff. Shared infrastructure reduces capital expenditure by 20–30 per cent. Co-located supply chains eliminate transport costs between complementary operations.
Participation Requirements
Operators must be — or commit to becoming — B Corp certified. The 1–5 per cent conservation levy applies to all tenants. Beyond these requirements, we welcome operators with demonstrated capabilities in sectors aligned with the zone's integrated value chains.
