The Maker Economy

Industrious, Not Scenic

Makers Corner is the island's productive engine — designed to feel alive and working rather than curated and decorative. Artisans, fabricators, ceramicists, jewellers, and textile makers work alongside light manufacturers, repair specialists, and creative technologists in a single walkable quarter. The Maker Market Hall and Gallery Spine give their output a place to be seen and sold.

M Labs

CNC, Laser, 3D Print, Ceramics, Textiles — One Campus

M Labs is the anchor of Makers Corner — a co-work campus with tool certification, induction programmes, a full fabrication suite, and maker residences for artists-in-residence. Open Studio Nights, Maker Market Weekends, and Build-with-the-Maker sessions create a programme that turns the workshop into a visitor destination as much as a working facility.
