Geothermal Energy SPV

This SPV oversees the financing, construction, and operation of the geothermal power plant. The facility is designed to supply baseload renewable energy to all SEZ tenants at below-grid rates, creating a competitive advantage for the entire ecosystem. All operating partners must maintain B Corp certification and contribute to the Mentawai Conservation Foundation.

Data Centre Operations SPV

This SPV manages the development of a 50–75 MW hyperscale data centre within the SEZ. The facility benefits from geothermal baseload power and integrated desalination for cooling, creating a cost structure that is competitive with established data centre markets in Southeast Asia.
