The Line-Up Has a Waiting List. That Is the Point.

The Mentawai Surf Institute will manage access to the island's world-famous breaks through a controlled quota system — preserving the quality, uncrowded character, and ecological health of the reef that creates them. Dedicated surf camp zones within Driftwood City, a charter fleet for outer-reef access, and a competition circuit with international standing.

Diving & Snorkelling

A Marine Sanctuary That Pays for Its Own Protection.

Sixty-five percent marine sanctuary coverage — among the most biodiverse waters in Southeast Asia — will underpin a professional dive economy with liveaboard charters, PADI instruction to Divemaster level, and reef conservation education built into every programme. A share of every dive revenue will fund MCF marine monitoring and reef restoration.

Marina & Water Network

Two Hundred Berths. Zero Emissions. Every Service.

The 200–250 berth marina will operate on HVO fuel — hydrotreated vegetable oil, zero-emission compatible — and serve as the island's water transport hub. Charter fleet, water taxi network between precincts, inter-island ferry services, and a seaplane terminal for amphibious arrivals. From yachting superyachts to single-fin longboards, the marina will handle it all.
